Armenian Patriarchate of Turkey in Kumkapı
Located in the Kumkapi neighborhood, the Armenian Patriarchate of Turkey, is one of the four hierarchical Armenian Churches in the world, together with ones in Jerusalem, Yerevan and Beirut. Surp Vorvots Vorodman Church in Kumkapı
Located in the Kumkapi neighborhood, the Surp Vorvots Vorodman Church, which means “Children of the Lightning”, is a Byzantine church that was used by the Armenian community after the conquest of Istanbul.
