Dr. Mehmet Erdoğan is a Turkish medical doctor and co-founder of Smile Hair Clinic, one of Istanbul’s leading centers for FUE and DHI hair transplant techniques. With more than a decade of medical experience, he has helped redefine how international patients experience hair restoration in Turkey, combining science, empathy, and precision under the clinic’s well-known True™ Philosophy.
He earned his Medical Degree from Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine and began his career within the Acıbadem Health Group, where his interest in aesthetic medicine deepened.
His skill in medical coordination and international healthcare management later took him to Medicana Health Group, where he served as Deputy Chief Physician and Director of the International Patient Center. But his real passion that creating natural, lasting results for people facing hair loss pulled him toward surgical practice full-time.

Since then, Dr. Erdoğan has performed over 4,000 hair transplant operations, mastering advanced techniques such as Micromotor FUE and Sapphire FUE, and emphasizing donor management, graft precision, and facially harmonious hairline planning.
Every procedure reflects his perfectionist approach: meticulous planning first, thoughtful execution next, and detailed aftercare always.
Known for his calm presence, tailored communication, and modern aesthetic sensibility, Dr. Erdoğan is both analytical and creative. Patients often mention how he designs a hairline like an architect, mapping angles and density until everything feels balanced.
He speaks English and German, has a professional interest in art and culture, and is easily recognized by his refined, quietly confident style. Beyond his technical expertise, what defines him most is integrity that is a promise that each case receives his personal attention from consultation to final follow-up.
