Soraca Med is a multi-specialty healthcare and medical-tourism provider based in Antalya, Turkey, coordinating hair transplantation, plastic and aesthetic surgery, dental treatment, and other medical services for international patients.
Unlike a single-doctor or single-specialty clinic, Soraca Med works with different physicians and healthcare facilities depending on the treatment and location. Its role also extends beyond the medical procedure to accommodation, transfers, interpretation, scheduling and postoperative coordination. Its own documentation describes this as a combined healthcare and international medical-tourism model.
For this 2026 Soraca Med review, Istanbeautiful conducted an online interview, obtained detailed written answers covering hair transplantation, plastic surgery and dentistry, reviewed supporting documents, researched the named medical professionals, checked independent patient feedback, and cross-checked its international health-tourism authorization.
We have not visited Soraca Med in person. Our assessment is therefore based on remote research, written documentation, independent verification where possible, and information provided directly by Soraca Med.

These are separate specialty assessments. A high score in dentistry does not increase the hair-transplant score, and vice versa.
What Is Soraca Med?
Soraca Med is better understood as a multi-specialty healthcare and international patient organization than as a conventional single-specialty clinic.
Its model combines specialist physicians and healthcare facilities with centralized medical-tourism coordination. Depending on the treatment, patients may receive assistance with medical planning, appointments, accommodation, airport and local transfers, interpretation and postoperative communication.
Soraca Med’s primary base is Antalya, while selected procedures are also arranged in Istanbul according to the physician, treatment requirements and availability.
The Soraca Med brand shouldn’t automatically be treated as the name of the hospital, surgeon or medical team performing every procedure. Patients should confirm the named doctor, actual healthcare facility, treatment city and package details for their individual case.
Health Tourism Authorization
Istanbeautiful independently cross-checked Soraca Med through HealthTürkiye’s authorized health-tourism agency database.
The listing identifies:
Soraca Health Travel
Soraca Med Clinic Özel Sağlık Hizmetleri Seyahat İnşaat Turizm ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.
International Health Tourism Authorization: AK-1107
Location: Kuşkavağı Mah. 542. Sok. No:4/B, Konyaaltı, Antalya
This is an important regulatory check, although health-tourism authorization should not be interpreted as a guarantee of treatment quality or individual results.
Hair Transplantation at Soraca Med
Soraca Med offers FUE, DHI and combined hair-transplant approaches, depending on the patient’s donor area, hair-loss pattern and treatment plan.
Its model is notably different from a clinic centered around one named hair-transplant surgeon.
Who Performs the Hair Transplant?
Soraca Med clarified to Istanbeautiful that its hair transplants are performed by technicians under doctor supervision in medical centers in Antalya and Istanbul.
This is one of the most important facts for prospective patients to understand.
Soraca Med’s written responses describe hair transplantation as a team-based procedure in which trained supporting medical personnel may participate in appropriate stages.
However, Soraca Med did not provide us with sufficiently specific information about the named supervising hair-transplant physician, division of extraction, recipient-site creation and implantation, number of specialized teams, or typical daily hair-transplant volume.
For that reason, doctor involvement and accountability remain the weakest areas of our hair-transplant assessment.
Before booking, we recommend obtaining the supervising doctor’s name and the exact operator for each procedural stage in writing.
Donor Assessment and Long-Term Planning
Soraca Med gave considerably stronger answers regarding donor management.
Its assessment considers donor density, hair thickness, follicular distribution, existing hair, previous procedures, age, future hair loss and safe donor capacity.
The provider says graft numbers should be determined by donor assessment rather than simply by the number requested by the patient.
It also states that it may decline patients when the donor area is inadequate, expectations are unrealistic, a medical condition creates unacceptable risk or the requested treatment is unlikely to produce an acceptable result.
We consider this a positive treatment philosophy.
However, because Istanbeautiful has not observed Soraca Med’s hair-transplant assessment in person, these remain provider-reported practices rather than first-hand observations.
Hair Transplant Aftercare
After surgery, patients may be asked to provide photographs of the donor and recipient areas, swelling, scabbing and washing progress. Communication continues after the patient returns home.
Soraca Med’s coordination model is helpful here, but we would still like clearer identification of which physician assumes medical responsibility if a hair-transplant complication develops after the patient returns home.

| Category | Score |
|---|---|
| Medical leadership & credentials | 9/15 |
| Doctor involvement & accountability | 8/15 |
| Donor assessment & long-term planning | 13/15 |
| Facility, safety & authorization | 12/15 |
| Transparency & evidence | 7/10 |

| Pricing & package transparency | 8/10 |
| Independent reputation & patient experience | 9/10 |
| Total | 75/100 |
75/100 – Good
The score primarily reflects an evidence and transparency limitation, rather than evidence of poor outcomes.
Best for: Patients comfortable with a medically supervised, technician-based treatment model combined with international patient support.
Consider another option if: Your priority is a named hair-transplant doctor personally performing or clearly leading the key procedural stages.
Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery at Soraca Med
Soraca Med currently identifies three named surgeons, with different physicians working in Antalya and Istanbul.
Op. Dr. Yunus Emre Şeker, Antalya
Op. Dr. Yunus Emre Şeker is a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon involved in Soraca Med’s Antalya cases.

His work includes breast surgery, abdominoplasty, liposuction, BBL, facial procedures and body-contouring surgery according to Soraca Med.
His professional profile states that he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and completed his Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery residency at Akdeniz University Hospital.
Op. Dr. Özgür Erdem, Antalya
Op. Dr. Özgür Erdem is an ENT and Head & Neck Surgery specialist whose Soraca Med cases focus particularly on rhinoplasty and septoplasty.

His current professional website describes more than 10 years of ENT and Head & Neck Surgery experience and lists primary rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty among his services.
Op. Dr. Kadri Akıncı, Istanbul
Soraca Med identifies Op. Dr. Kadri Akıncı as a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon working with its Istanbul patients.

According to Soraca Med, Dr. Akıncı and Dr. Şeker perform a broad range of facial, breast and body procedures.
Surgeon Involvement and Patient Selection
Soraca Med says the treating surgeon is identified before the patient pays a deposit or confirms the final booking. The named surgeon performs the planned operation, although another qualified surgeon or assistant may participate in specific stages of combined procedures when clinically appropriate. Soraca Med says patients are informed in advance when this is planned.
The initial medical assessment is also performed directly by the treating surgeon, who reviews photographs and available medical information. An online consultation with the surgeon can be arranged before travel.
This is a meaningful strength.
Soraca Med also provided a reasonably detailed patient-selection policy. Surgery may be declined or postponed because of BMI, overall health, smoking or nicotine use, medications, previous surgery, chronic conditions, preoperative findings or unrealistic expectations.
Hospitals, Anesthesia and Safety
Soraca Med reports that plastic-surgery procedures currently take place at:
- Antalya: Rich Hospital and Vitale Hospital
- Istanbul: Lokman Hekim Hospital
The facility is selected according to the surgeon, procedure and individual treatment plan.
General anesthesia is administered and continuously monitored by a qualified anesthesiologist. Soraca Med also reports access to emergency medical care, intensive care, blood products where medically required and emergency transfer arrangements.
For major surgery, this is much more meaningful than simply advertising a “VIP clinic”.
Preoperative assessment normally includes blood tests and ECG, with CT where clinically indicated and anesthesiology assessment before surgery.
Soraca Med also reports using measures such as compression stockings, early mobilization, anticoagulation when medically indicated, antibiotic prophylaxis and postoperative wound monitoring to reduce thromboembolic and infection risks.
Surgical Volume
Soraca Med says surgeons typically perform one or two major/complex general-anesthesia operations per day, potentially alongside approximately two or three smaller procedures under local anesthesia.
Schedules vary according to complexity and duration rather than following a fixed patient quota.
We prefer this disclosure to a vague claim of “low volume”, although these figures remain provider-reported.
Aftercare and Revision Policy
Postoperative checks before departure are performed by the treating surgeon with support from the medical team. After patients return home, the Soraca Med coordinator remains the primary contact and forwards medical concerns or photographs to the original surgeon. Online surgeon consultations can be arranged where necessary.
Soraca Med also provided a relatively clear revision policy.
If revision surgery is considered medically necessary, Soraca Med says the required revision procedure is covered provided additional implants or materials aren’t required. Flights, accommodation and transfers for returning to Türkiye remain the patient’s responsibility.
That limitation should be understood before booking.
Istanbeautiful Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery Score
| Category | Score |
|---|---|
| Surgeon credentials & specialty expertise | 18/20 |
| Surgeon involvement & medical accountability | 15/15 |
| Patient assessment, suitability & surgical planning | 14/15 |
| Hospital, anesthesia & emergency safety | 18/20 |
| Transparency & evidence | 8/10 |
| Postoperative care & complication management | 9/10 |
| Pricing & package transparency | 4/5 |
| Independent reputation & patient experience | 5/5 |
| Total | 91/100 |
91/100 – Excellent
We wouldn’t go higher yet because much of the operational safety information comes directly from Soraca Med rather than first-hand Istanbeautiful observation or independently audited data. The hospital isn’t routinely identified in the initial written treatment plan either, although Soraca Med says it is confirmed according to the surgeon and procedure.
Best for: International patients wanting a named surgeon combined with organized accommodation, transfers, translation and postoperative coordination.
Consider another option if: You prefer treatment entirely within one surgeon-owned clinic or want the exact hospital contractually specified at the earliest planning stage.
Dental Treatment at Soraca Med
Who Performs Dental Treatment?
Soraca Med identifies Dt. Gürkan Armağan as the primary dentist responsible for its international dental patients.
According to the provider, his work includes restorative and prosthetic dentistry, root-canal treatment, extractions, dental implant placement, open sinus lifts and bone augmentation.
For complex implant and full-mouth rehabilitation cases, Soraca Med says Dr. Armağan has overall clinical responsibility for the treatment plan.
One transparency point could still improve: the treating dentist can be identified before payment upon request, rather than being routinely identified to every patient automatically.
Diagnosis and CBCT
Soraca Med says international dental patients are treated at Soraca Med in Antalya.
Clinical assessment may include examination, panoramic X-ray, CBCT, periodontal assessment, bite/occlusion assessment and intraoral scanning depending on treatment needs.
More importantly, Soraca Med says CBCT is routinely performed for all planned dental-implant patients to assess bone width, density and other conditions relevant to implant placement.
That’s a strong answer from a treatment-planning perspective.
Implant Systems and Traceability
Soraca Med reports offering:
- Osstem: South Korea
- NucleOSS: Türkiye
- Straumann: Switzerland
- Neodent by Straumann: listed by Soraca Med as Germany
Patients receive an implant passport with identification stickers documenting the implants placed.
Implant surgery is normally performed by Dt. Gürkan Armağan. More complex cases may be referred to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon when clinically indicated.
Temporary Teeth and Healing
Temporary prostheses may be removable or immediately fixed depending on implant stability and the clinical situation.
Soraca Med specifically notes that immediate fixed temporaries may not be appropriate when implant stability is insufficient, soft tissues aren’t suitable or extensive bone grafting has been performed.
Final implant-supported crowns or bridges are generally placed after approximately 3–6 months of healing, depending on implant stability and individual healing.
Dental Warranty and Implant Failure
Soraca Med reports written warranty terms of:
- Dental implants: Lifetime
- Partial/full prostheses: 6 years
- Crowns: 6 years
- Inlays, onlays, fillings and veneers: 6 years
However, patients should read the actual warranty rather than interpreting “lifetime warranty” as unconditional.
Soraca Med lists exclusions involving periodic check-ups, treatment by another dentist without prior agreement, oral-hygiene compliance, accidental damage, bruxism, certain medical conditions, temporary restorations and some bone-grafting circumstances. Travel, hotel and transportation costs aren’t covered.
If an implant fails to integrate and replacement is clinically indicated, Soraca Med says replacement is provided under the applicable warranty without an additional charge for the replacement implant procedure.
Patients are also encouraged to return annually for dental checks during the applicable warranty period.
Final Aesthetic Approval
Before crowns or other permanent restorations are definitively fitted, Soraca Med says the patient reviews the proposed appearance and fit and signs approval before final placement.
If the patient later changes their aesthetic preference without a clinical problem, free replacement isn’t automatically provided.
That’s a reasonable distinction and worth making clear to international patients.
Istanbeautiful Dental Treatment Score
| Category | Score |
|---|---|
| Dentist credentials & clinical expertise | 13/15 |
| Diagnosis, imaging & treatment planning | 15/15 |
| Facility, sterilization & patient safety | 12/15 |
| Materials, implants & laboratory transparency | 13/15 |
| Dentist involvement & clinical accountability | 10/10 |
| Treatment transparency & evidence | 9/10 |
| Aftercare, guarantees & complication management | 9/10 |
| Pricing & treatment-plan transparency | 4/5 |
| Independent reputation & patient experience | 5/5 |
| Total | 90/100 |
90/100 – Excellent
The main reasons we wouldn’t score higher are that we still have relatively limited independently verified information about sterilization protocols, prosthetic laboratory arrangements and crown/veneer material brands, and Istanbeautiful hasn’t inspected the dental facility in person.
Best for: International patients considering implants or restorative treatment who value coordinated travel support, documented implant traceability and structured warranty terms.
Consider another option if: You want a dentist-owned specialist practice or require detailed laboratory and restorative-material information before making an initial enquiry.
Pricing and International Patient Packages
Soraca Med generally prepares individual package prices after the proposed treatment has been assessed.
Depending on the procedure, packages can include treatment, the physician or clinical team, healthcare facility, hotel, breakfast, airport transfers, local transfers, interpreter support, medication, medical reports and follow-up.
For plastic surgery, the new questionnaire confirms that patients receive a written plan before payment containing the recommended procedure, named surgeon, hospital-night requirement, hotel, transfers, package price and payment information. The exact hospital isn’t routinely included at the initial planning stage.
Soraca Med also acknowledges that an in-person examination can occasionally change a remotely prepared plan. It says additional treatment and costs are discussed with the patient before proceeding and aren’t added without prior agreement.
We consider that more credible than claiming that an online quotation can never change regardless of clinical findings.
Independent Patient Reviews
At our October 2026 assessment, Soraca Med has a 4.9/5 Trustpilot score from 121 reviews, including 31 reviews within the previous 12 months see all Trustpilot reviews.
Recent feedback covers dental treatment, plastic surgery, rhinoplasty and hair transplantation, with recurring positive comments around staff communication, organization, transfers and international patient support.
However, we don’t treat a high Trustpilot score as proof of medical quality.
Soraca Med offers several unrelated treatment categories, so an overall company rating shouldn’t be interpreted as a 4.9/5 clinical rating for hair transplantation, dentistry or plastic surgery individually.
This is why independent reviews account for only a limited proportion of our specialty scores.
What We Like About Soraca Med
Named Doctors for Plastic Surgery
Soraca Med now clearly identifies its treating surgeons, and says the surgeon reviews the patient before travel and is disclosed before the deposit is paid.
Stronger Plastic-Surgery Safety Information
Named hospitals, anesthesiologist involvement, overnight observation, emergency resources and thromboembolism/infection precautions give patients substantially more useful information than generic claims about “world-class care”.
Detailed Dental Treatment Model
Routine implant CBCT, a named primary dentist, implant passports and documented warranty terms are notable strengths.
International Patient Coordination
Accommodation, airport and local transfers, interpretation and continued communication after returning home are central parts of the Soraca Med model.
Willingness to Decline Unsuitable Patients
Both its general answers and plastic-surgery questionnaire state that medical suitability takes priority over commercial considerations.
Transparent Revision and Warranty Conditions
We particularly like that Soraca Med doesn’t simply advertise “guarantees”. Its answers explain what may be covered and, equally importantly, what isn’t covered.
Where Soraca Med Could Be More Transparent
The main weakness remains hair transplantation.
We would like to see the named supervising physician, exact doctor involvement, procedural responsibilities, number of teams and daily treatment volume disclosed as clearly as Soraca Med now discloses its plastic-surgery model.
For plastic surgery, we’d like the exact hospital to appear routinely on the written pre-booking treatment plan, rather than only being confirmed according to the eventual surgeon/procedure.
For dentistry, additional information about sterilization protocols, dental laboratory arrangements, crown/veneer materials and their manufacturers would strengthen the evidence further.
And across all three specialties, publishing more of this information directly for patients would reduce reliance on private WhatsApp conversations.
Who Should Consider Soraca Med?
Soraca Med is particularly interesting for international patients who want medical treatment and travel logistics coordinated through one organization.
Its strongest evidence in our current assessment is in plastic/aesthetic surgery and dentistry, where named clinicians, clearer medical responsibility and more detailed treatment protocols are available.
Hair transplantation is different.
Patients comfortable with a technician-based procedure under doctor supervision may find Soraca Med’s international support attractive. But those specifically seeking a named surgeon who personally performs or clearly leads the key stages should compare Soraca Med with more physician-led hair-transplant models before deciding.
Istanbeautiful Team Insight
Our assessment of Soraca Med was conducted remotely through online interviews, detailed written questionnaires, supporting documents, independent authorization checks, clinician research and external patient-review analysis. We did not visit the clinic in person.
Soraca Med’s strongest feature is its coordinated international-patient model, but our assessment also found meaningful differences between specialties. Plastic surgery and dentistry have comparatively clear medical accountability, while hair transplantation remains more technician-led and less transparent around physician involvement.
For this reason, we score each Soraca Med specialty separately rather than applying one rating to the entire brand.
Final Verdict: Is Soraca Med a Good Choice?
Soraca Med has become easier to assess after providing detailed answers to our questions.
Rather than presenting itself simply as a clinic offering everything under one roof, the evidence shows a multi-specialty medical-tourism model with different doctors, facilities and treatment structures depending on the procedure.
For plastic and aesthetic surgery, named surgeons, direct surgeon assessment, hospital-based treatment, anesthesiologist involvement, postoperative monitoring and a defined revision policy contribute to our 91/100 – Excellent assessment.
For dentistry, a named primary dentist, routine CBCT for implant cases, implant traceability, written warranty conditions and structured follow-up support our 90/100 – Excellent assessment.
For hair transplantation, we remain more reserved at 75/100 – Good. Soraca Med provided sensible information about donor management and aftercare, but physician involvement and procedural responsibility aren’t yet disclosed with the same level of detail.
That difference is precisely why we don’t recommend choosing a medical-tourism provider based solely on its overall brand reputation or review score.
The doctor, facility, treatment model and medical accountability for your specific procedure matter more.
Editorial note
Soraca Med provided information and supporting documentation for this review and was given the opportunity to clarify factual details. The provider did not determine Istanbeautiful’s scores or editorial verdict. Where information comes directly from Soraca Med rather than independent verification or first-hand observation, we have treated it accordingly.
